Primary sources first

Official government documents, APIs, filings and institutional websites take priority. Secondary research may provide context but is labeled separately.

No unsupported inference

Unavailable records, unreviewed disclosures and failed searches do not prove that an event or relationship does not exist.

Dates and status

We use absolute publication dates and show reporting periods, successful update timestamps and data-status labels. “Live” is reserved for successful request-time API retrieval.

Corrections

Substantive corrections should identify the affected page, challenged claim and supporting official source. Material changes should be recorded in page update history.
